Regular size approx 9.5cm diam x 7.5cm tall. Holds about 250ml
Medium size approx 5.5cm x 5cm tall, holds approx 125ml.

Dishwasher proof and microwave proof but to preserve the quality and look of your handmade items I would recommend limiting dishwashing to occasional use
Can be used to reheat for short periods in the microwave but dark items become hot very quickly in a microwave so please take care when handling.
