Shop
How can I buy something I’ve seen?
The online shop is open about 4-5 times a year when I restock with new pieces. Once stock is gone the shop closes so that I can concentrate on making new stock, run workshops and attend selling events. You can find a small selection of work with one of two stockists.
Your shop is closed when will it open?
The shop is closed while I make new stock and opens when I’ve made a new batch of items. Pieces are made in limited numbers, so if you’d like early notice of shop opening times and the first opportunity to shop you can sign up for the email newsletter here. I also announce shop openings on social media 2 or 3 days after newsletter subscribers have been informed.
Do you ship internationally?
I do ship internationally.
Now that the UK has now left the EU, there are changes in shipping procedures. Depending on where you are, you may now have to pay taxes, import duty and handling fees on your order when it arrives in your country. These extra charges are the buyer’s responsibility. This is particularly relevant for Countries in Europe and Northern Ireland. You can find more information here.
Wholesale and Custom
How do I place a large order?
I make everything by hand made in small quantities and I don’t take large orders.
Do you offer wholesale?
As a committed small batch maker I have a very limited capacity to undertake wholesale orders. I am not considering any more wholesale clients for 2021.
Do you do custom orders or commissions? Can you make up a design I have in mind?
I don’t offer a service for designing or making custom orders or commissions.
Product Care
Are your items dishwasher or microwave safe?
Items can be used in the microwave for reheating for short periods.
All items are dishwasher safe but I recommend handwashing and rinsing with clear water to preserve the look and finish of your item.
