UK SHIPPING

Items are usually posted within 3 working days of purchase. In unusual or busy circumstances postage times are indicated on the website.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International items are sent via Royal Mail which takes 5 - 7 working days but please allow up to 10 working days as services can vary depending on your location and customs requirements.

As the UK has now left the EU, there have been changes to shipping procedures. Depending on where you are, you may now have to pay taxes, import duty and handling fees on your order when it arrives in your country. These extra charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are something you need to bear in mind when ordering. This is particularly relevant for Countries in Europe and the Republic of Ireland.

If charges are not accepted on an item and it is returned to me, any costs I incur as a result of the return will be deducted from any refund due.

RETURNS

As with any handmade products, variations in finish and form are inevitable. Colour reproduction on computer monitors and hand held devices vary so please do not rely on them for colour accuracy. If you need to match a colour please contact me. 

If you receive an item that is faulty or has been damaged in transit please let me know within 3 days of receiving the item with a photo to show the problem. We can then agree on whether to proceed with a replacement or a refund.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 5 working days and let me that you would like a refund. We can then arrange for the return of the item. Refunds will be processed provided a return arrangement has been agreed and within 10 working days of the receipt of the item.

Unfortunately I cannot cover the cost of returning unwanted products unless they are faulty (please see the information contained on the About page).
